Craig Skatepark Alliance is looking for donations to kickstart community led planning, design and engineering. We are excited for the doors of opportunity to open for the young people and families in our community to benefit from this amenity by forming community connection and healthy lifestyle while also attracting tourism, professional demos and competitions, and will provide the people of all ages in the Yampa Valley an experience of a lifetime.
With our dominant coal industries closing, our community will benefit from this amenity in a variety of ways. A skatepark will bring more local businesses, a younger demographic, and a bridge to local recreation tourism.

Craig has a population of 9,060 people and is located in rural North West Colorado. Unfortunately, Craig doesn't have much to offer here in town, especially to our young populations looking for healthy and inclusive alternatives to what little opportunities that have been available.
